LUMBERTON - Montrae Strother hit a running jumper with 1.6 seconds left to seal Lumberton's 68-67 win over Dillon (S.C.) on Friday night.
Strother scored a game-high 23 points and added seven steals as the Pirates improved to 3-5, and handed Dillon (6-1) its first loss.
Demetrius Sheridan and Bryan Phillips also scored in double figures for Lumberton with 10 and 12 points, respectively.
